The Nax Factory
The factory was established in 2000 as the rapid growth of volumes instigated the need to move to larger premises. The factory measures +/- 300 square metres & houses the production for all the ZapNax, MaZappy, Dixy Dragon Puffs, Corn Puffs & Corn Curves, as well as the Snack Foods Head Office. This factory operates 24 hours a day & runs with 3 shifts.
The Puff Factory
As mentioned before the puff factory is under the same roof as the nax production. The puff section of the factory was created in May 2006 when the puff line was acquired. This section of the factory also operates 24 hours a day with 3 shifts.
The Pie Factory
This factory is located on a main road in the industrial area and it measures +/- 300 square metres. This factory was also the original home of the Biscuit Co line before it was moved to the Biscuit factory premises. Unlike the Nax and Puff factory, the pie factory runs only one shift a day.
The Biscuit Factory
This factory is the founding location for the Iris Biscuits and is located in the Harare area of Msasa and it measures about 200 square feet all of which accommodates the various lines for the production of the numerous biscuits. This factory operates on between 2-3 shifts a day depending on the pressure of work.
